What material is this murti made of? Is it marble or stone?
Our murtis are handcrafted from premium poly-resin, hand-finished by artisans. Resin allows fine detailing that stone can't hold at this size — and it's lighter, so it ships safely. Exact material and weight are on each product page under Weight & Material.
Will it look exactly like the photos? Colours look too good to be true.
What you see is the actual product we photograph — no heavy editing. Since every piece is hand-finished, there can be a very slight variation in shade or texture from piece to piece. That's the mark of handwork, not a defect.
It says 4 inch / 5 inch — will it look too small in my mandir?

What if the murti arrives broken?
Please take a video while unboxing (mandatory) and send it within 48 hours on WhatsApp or email. We'll send a free replacement — no extra cost. Every murti is quality-checked and double-boxed, so breakage is rare.
Do you have Cash on Delivery? Do I pay the full amount at delivery?
Yes, COD is available across India. You pay just ₹59 while placing the order (to confirm it's genuine) and the rest in cash at delivery. The ₹59 is fully adjusted in your total — not an extra charge.
Is prepaid payment safe? Why pay online instead of COD?
All payments are 100% secure and encrypted (UPI, cards, wallets, netbanking). Prepaid orders get an extra ₹99 OFF and are dispatched on priority. Any failed payment auto-refunds within 5–7 business days.
Money got deducted but no order confirmation. What now?
Don't worry — this usually means the payment is stuck with the bank. If no confirmation arrives in 30 minutes, WhatsApp us at +91 9512224555 with a screenshot. The order is confirmed manually or the amount auto-refunds within 5–7 business days.
How many days will delivery take to my city?
We dispatch within 1–3 business days; delivery takes 2–7 working days by pincode — we ship every pincode in India, free. Tracking link comes on SMS/Email/WhatsApp at dispatch. Urgent? Next-day delivery is possible at extra charge — WhatsApp before ordering.

No — and that's how it should be. Pran pratishtha is a deeply personal ritual performed by you or your family priest when you welcome the murti home. We deliver it crafted with shraddha; the blessing belongs to your home.
How do I clean it? Will the colour fade?
Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth — no water, chemicals or long harsh sunlight. Cared for this way, the finish stays rich for years. Avoid abhishek (water/milk rituals) on resin murtis.
Can I gift this? Is the packaging gift-ready?

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

I changed my mind after receiving it. Can I return it?
Since murtis are spiritual products, we don't accept change-of-mind returns — only damaged, defective or wrong items (free replacement with unboxing video). This keeps every murti that reaches a home untouched and pure.
