Refund & Return Policy – Aaradhyam

At Aaradhyam, every piece is crafted and dispatched with the utmost care. We stand by the quality of our products and strive to ensure a smooth and worry-free shopping experience for our customers.

We offer a 7-day return or replacement policy only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered items. This policy is not applicable to bulk orders.

Return & Replacement Requests

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.

To initiate a request, please contact our support team with your order details and proof of issue.

For transit damage claims, it is mandatory to provide an unboxing video along with clear images of the product and packaging within 7 days of delivery.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

Returns or replacements are accepted only under the following conditions:

Manufacturing Defects
If the product has a genuine manufacturing defect upon arrival.

Incorrect Product Delivered
If the item delivered does not match your order.

Damage During Transit
If the item arrives damaged during shipping. A proper unboxing video and images must be provided within 7 days of delivery.

Valid Proof of Purchase
Order confirmation or receipt is required.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain fairness to our artisans and keep pricing reasonable, certain items are not eligible for return or replacement:

Fragile Items such as ceramics, cutlery, food-serving products, and other delicate products.

Handcrafted Variations
Minor variations in color, texture, or finish are a natural part of handcrafted products and are not considered defects.

Dimensional Variance
A size variance of up to 5% or 2 cm (whichever is higher) from the listed specifications is acceptable.

Sale Items & Gift Cards
Items purchased during promotions or gift cards are final sale.

Used or Mishandled Products
Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned in improper condition.

Order Cancellations & Refusals

Orders may be canceled only before they are packed for dispatch.
Once an order has been packed, dispatched, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Return & Refund Process

Free Return Pickup
For eligible cases, we arrange doorstep pickup at no extra cost.

Refund or Store Credit
After the returned item is received and inspected, customers can choose between:

  • Refund to original payment method
  • Store credit valid for 1 month

Packaging Responsibility
Customers are requested to securely pack the item before handing it to the courier to ensure safe return transit.

Refund Timelines

Once the return request is approved and the item passes inspection:

  • Refund processing begins within 2–4 working days
  • Amount reflects in your bank account within 5–12 working days
